OVERVIEW

The term “Account” as used in these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as defined in the New Jersey Platform Terms and Conditions for Patrons located in New Jersey, and shall have the same meaning as “Interactive Gaming Account” as defined in the Pennsylvania Platform Terms and Conditions for Patrons located in Pennsylvania.

1. DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION

1.1. New Patrons who make a First Deposit of not less than $10 in cash and place a First Wager are eligible to receive either one of the following: (1) if their Net Loss exceeds 90% of their first Deposit at any time within seven (7) calendar days after placing the First Deposit and First Wager, the value of their First Deposit, up to a maximum of $100 in Bonus Money, or (2) if their Net Loss does not exceed 90% of their First Deposit after the conclusion of the seven (7) calendar days after placing the First Deposit and First Wager, the value of their Net Loss, up to a maximum of $100 in Bonus Money.

1.2. “Net Loss” will be calculated according to the following formula: twenty-eight (28) days from the date of a Patron’s registration, up to and including any time during the 7 Day Period, a Patron’s Net Loss is equal to the Patron’s Total Wager minus the Patron’s Total Winnings. A Net Loss must be greater than $0. “Total Wager” is defined to include wagering of both cash and Bonus Money. “Total Winnings” is defined to include all cash won by a Patron from their wagering activity of cash and/or Bonus Money prior to and during the 7 Day Period as well as any cash and/or Bonus Money credited to the Patron’s Account from any promotion or activity whatsoever prior to and during the 7 Day Period.

The following are examples of calculating Net Loss, Total Winnings, and Total Wager:

(a) If a Patron places a $10 First Deposit and receives $5 in Bonus Money, wagers a total amount of $14.00 which includes $9 of the First Deposit in cash and the $5 in Bonus Money, and such wagers do not receive any winnings prior to or during the 7 Day Period, a Patron’s Total Wager, Total Winnings, and Net Loss would be calculated as follows:

Total Wager = $14 ($9 of the First Deposit plus the $5 wagered in Bonus Money);

Total Winnings = $5 (the Patron did not have any winnings derived from their wagering activity; however, they received $5 in Bonus Money);

Net Loss = $9.00 (Total Wager ($14) minus Total Winnings ($5), which is greater than $0 so the Patron has a Net Loss).

(b) If a Patron places a $10 First Deposit and receives $5 in Bonus Money, wagers a total amount of $14.00, which includes $9 of the First Deposit in Cash and the $5 in Bonus Money, and the Patron wins $20 in Cash prior to or during the 7 Day Period, a Patron’s Total Wager, Total Winnings, and Net Loss would be calculated as follows:

Total Wager = $14 ($9 of the First Deposit wagered in Cash and the $5 wagered in Bonus Money);

Total Winnings = $25 ($20 in cash from their wagering activity plus $5 in Bonus Money received);

Net Loss = $0 (Total Wager ($14) minus Total Winnings ($25), which is less than $0, so the Patron has not had a Net Loss).

(c) If a Patron places a $10 First Deposit and receives $5 in Bonus Money, wagers a total amount of $14.00, which includes $9 of the First Deposit in cash and the $5 in Bonus Money, wins $3 prior to or during the 7 Day Period, and receives $10 in Bonus Money from another promotion, a Patron’s Total Wager, Total Winnings, and Net Loss would be calculated as follows:

Total Wager = $14.00 ($9 of the First Deposit wagered in cash and the $5 wagered in Bonus Money);

Total Winnings = $18 ($3 in cash derived from their wagering activity plus $15 in Bonus Money received);

Net Loss = $0 (Total Wager ($14) minus Total Winnings ($18), which is less than $0, so the Patron has not had a Net Loss).

1.3. Play Back Bonuses are calculated as follows:

1.3.1 If a Patron’s Net Loss, at any time within the 7 Day Period, exceeds 90% of the value of their First Deposit, the Patron will receive a reward of Bonus Money equal to the value of their First Deposit, up to a maximum of $100 in Bonus Money (“First Deposit Bonus Money Reward”). For example, and continuing the above example (a), 90% of the Patron’s First Deposit equals $9 and, if on day 3, the Patron’s Net Loss exceeded $9.00, the Patron will receive a First Deposit Bonus Money Reward in the amount of $10 (the value of their First Deposit) in Bonus Money credited to their Patron Account.

1.3.2. If the 7 Day Period ends and the Patron’s Net Loss does not exceed 90% of the value of their First Deposit, the Patron will receive a reward of Bonus Money equal to the value of their Net Loss at the end of the 7 Day Period in Bonus Money, up to a maximum value of $100 in Bonus Money (“Total Wager Bonus Money Reward”). For example, if the Net Loss for the Patron was $1 at the conclusion of the 7 Day Period, which does not exceed 90% of their First Deposit, the Patron will receive a Total Wager Bonus Money Reward in the amount of $1 (the value of their Net Loss) in Bonus Money credited to their Patron Account.

1.4. Patrons are only eligible to receive either the First Deposit Bonus Money Reward or the Total Wager Bonus Money Reward, whichever occurs first. They cannot receive both the First Deposit Bonus Money Reward and the Total Wager Bonus Money Reward.

2. DATE, TIME, AND PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2.1. The Up to $100 Second Chance Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:01am ET on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 to 11:59pm ET on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). This means that the last P2P Date (as defined in Section 4.3 below) for any eligible Patron is Wednesday, December 31, 2025.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. To enter the Promotion, you must be 21 years or over, have a registered Account, and be a legal resident of the United States of America. You must be physically located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or the State of New Jersey to Wager. 3.2. You must meet the Minimum Qualifying Requirements set forth in these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions to participate in this Promotion.

4. ACTION REQUIRED

4.1. During the Promotional Period, new Patrons must place a first deposit of not less than $10 in Cash into their Patron Account (“First Deposit”) and place a first wager, either in the form of Bonus Money or Cash (the “First Wager”) within 28 days of registration (collectively, the “Minimum Qualifying Requirements”).

4.2. Your Deposit will be the total amount of Cash, excluding any Bonus Money earned, deposited into your Patron Account for the first time in a single transaction on the Platform during the Promotional Period.

4.3. Within twenty-eight (28) days of registration, if you have completed both the First Deposit and the First Wager (the “P2P Date”), a seven (7) calendar day period will commence (“7 Day Period”). The 7 Day Period is calculated as the P2P Date plus seven (7) calendar days and will end at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on the seventh (7th) calendar day following the P2P Date.

4.4. A withdrawal of any kind from your Account at any time prior to or during the 7 Day Period will automatically disqualify you from the Promotion.

5. CLAIMING PROMOTION OFFER

5.1. The First Deposit Bonus Money Reward or the Total Wager Bonus Money Reward, as applicable, earned will be credited to Patrons’ Accounts within three (3) business days of qualification. In case of technical issues, the Bonus Money will be credited within five (5) business days.

5.2. Limit of one (1) reward per Account for the Promotion. The maximum amount that can be awarded to any Patron as a result of this Promotion is $100 in Bonus Money.

5.3. All funding transactions are subject to the responsible gambling limits set on a Patron’s Account, including limits related to account balance and deposit limits.

7. LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION

7.1. The following individuals are excluded from participation in the Promotion:

C.S. 1101-1904), and the regulations promulgated thereunder by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board; (b) designated employees of Gamesys US, LLC and Premier Entertainment AC, LLC; (c) patrons who are banned from MONOPOLY Casino; (d) employees of a supplier or vendor doing business with us; (e) any individual who has been convicted of any felony or misdemeanor involving breach of any gambling law or any individual who has been convicted of the crime of bookmaking; (f) "prohibited persons" that are government officials or residents of certain embargoed countries and/or whose names are included on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person's List or Entity List or successor or similar lists; (g) persons who are under the Minimum Age; and (h) any other person specifically excluded pursuant to Applicable Laws, including, but not limited to, any public official or public employee prohibited from wagering on the Platform and any person who by virtue of the person’s affiliation or employment with another company operating in the gaming industry has access to that company’s pre-release, non-public, or confidential data or other information that is not available to all other persons that may provide you an advantage (collectively, “Prohibited Persons”).

7.3. Closure of your Account during the Promotional Period will disqualify you from the Promotion and you will not be eligible to receive a Bonus.

8. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS/EXCLUSIONS

8.1. Patrons must wager through an award of Bonus Money in its entirety one time (1x) through on any casino Games on the Platform (the “Playthrough Wagering Requirement”) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as Cash.

8.2. Any unused Bonus Money (or unused portion of such Bonus Money) will expire if a Patron does not use it within seven (7) days from the date it is issued to the Patron’s Account. Any winnings from an award of such Bonus Money that are subject to a Playthrough Wagering Requirement that are not met within the Bonus Money’s expiration period shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.

9. ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING

9.1. Each award of Bonus Money will be played through in order of oldest award of Bonus Money to newest award of Bonus Money. Bonus Money will be wagered through before your Cash balance.

10. ELIGIBLE GAMES

10.1. Wagering on any casino Games enables a Patron to be eligible for this Promotion.

10.2. Games played in demo mode are excluded from this Promotion.

10.3. Notwithstanding Section 10.1 above, some promotions may apply to specific Games that may not be available in all jurisdictions. If a promotion is limited to a specific Game that is only available in a specific jurisdiction, you must be located in the applicable jurisdiction to play the applicable Game.

11. RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL

11.1. Bonus Money is not redeemable for Cash. Patrons must meet the Playthrough Wagering Requirement before the winnings from any such Bonus Money will be available as Cash for withdrawal. A Patron may withdraw as Cash or Wager any winnings which relate to wagered Bonus Money after meeting the Playthrough Wagering Requirement.

12. CANCELLATION

12.1. All Bonuses offered are offered at our sole discretion and may be changed or cancelled at any time in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or change the Promotion at any time at our sole discretion without notice or cause. All dates and times subject to change. Additional restrictions and conditions specific to any Bonus will be disclosed to Patron upon notification. All decisions are final and binding in all respects.

12.2. MONOPOLY Casino reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it deems or suspects to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these rules and procedures, statutes, administrative rules and procedures of the Regulator.

12.3. We reserve the right to void this offer for any individual who violates the Platform Terms and Conditions, the Bonus Rules, or these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions.

12.4. Void where prohibited by law.
